Shipping & Returns
- $6.99 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $75
- Orders may be split between our 2 shipping facilities. If that is the case we will send you both tracking numbers via email.
- Shipping is done Monday - Friday. We aim to get your items out the door within 3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
- Please allow an additional 2-3 processing time for international orders to be shipped.
Sale items (including those ending in .99), sample/outlet items, discounted products, accessories, shoes, and undergarments are not eligible for return. Do not send back any items without filling out the form below & recieving approval. Only 3 returns are able to be made in a 30 day period.

How do I ship back?
After getting return instructions, you can print a label from us OR ship back USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You are responsible for return shipping. We kindly ask you provide us with a tracking number. If you items are deemed returnable, you will be emailed a code for store credit.
Can I exchange my item for another size?
Because our inventory is always changing, we cannot offer straight exchanges. Once your return is made if the size you want is still available, you can purchase it with your store credit. You can choose to use your store credit right away or hold on to it for up to 60 days.
